Deposits and milestone payments
Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work starts. I define the scope, payment schedule and start of work in your signed service agreement.
Unused prepaid hours
Unused prepaid hours are handled according to the signed agreement. Any credit, refund or expiration terms are agreed in writing before the engagement starts.
Cancellation and scope changes
Please contact me by email if you need to cancel or change the scope. I review the work completed, committed milestones and applicable agreement terms with you. Changes to scope or payment arrangements must be confirmed in writing.
Payment questions
For a billing error or a question about your agreement, email bek@veriqostudio.com with the relevant invoice details. Please do not include payment card details or confidential client data.
