Intellectual Property and Deliverables

Ownership of work product depends on the type of engagement:

• Custom deliverables: Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project (e.g. Your messaging document, your roadmap).
• Templates and frameworks: Veriqo Studio retains ownership of underlying templates, methodologies, and frameworks that may be used in creating your deliverables. You receive a license to use these for your internal purposes.
• Pre-existing materials: Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its original owner.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veriqo Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of my website or services.

My total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.
