Sprint · 2 to 3 weeks

Messaging Sprint

A focused engagement to clarify what you do, who it is for, and why it matters, then turn that clarity into copy you can actually use.

Pricing is shared after a short scoping message.

Timeline: 2 to 3 weeks.

Who this is for

  • Founders and operators whose messaging has drifted or never been formally documented
  • In-house teams where every person describes the offer differently
  • Businesses preparing a product launch, rebrand, or market expansion
  • Anyone whose website or pitch generates confusion rather than interest

What is included

  • Positioning statement: who you serve, what you do, and why it matters
  • Core messaging document covering offer, audience, and differentiation
  • Plain-language copy blocks for homepage, bio, pitch, and outreach
  • Ideal customer profile (ICP) summary with decision triggers
  • Page-by-page messaging review with annotated friction points, a recorded walkthrough, and a prioritized top-10 fix list
  • Final readout and handoff documentation you own

Clear without losing the technical truth

For a complex offer, I build a message hierarchy that starts with the buyer's specific problem, states what changes, and supports the promise with concrete evidence. I explain the mechanism only far enough to earn credibility, then make clear where the offer is and is not a fit.

I also look for feature lists without buyer relevance, simplifications that overpromise, and claims without proof. The aim is plain language that preserves the nuance a serious buyer needs.

What you need to provide

  • • Completed intake questionnaire (provided after inquiry)
  • • Your website URL and key pages, alongside existing marketing or sales materials
  • • One or more examples of where buyers misunderstand or question the offer
  • • 1 to 2 hours across the engagement for feedback

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do I get?▼

A one-page positioning statement, a core messaging document, and usable copy blocks. I also review key website pages for message clarity, mark friction points, and leave a prioritized list of changes with a recorded walkthrough.

How long does it take?▼

Typically 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the existing material and the number of audiences and pages in scope. I confirm timing by email.

What do you need from me?▼

A short intake questionnaire, access to your existing marketing materials, and 1-2 hours across the engagement for feedback rounds. Most of the work happens on my end.

Do you write the copy for me?▼

Yes. I deliver copy blocks you can use directly, not just a strategy deck. You will also get a messaging framework you can maintain and update yourself.

What if my messaging needs to work across multiple audiences?▼

Send a message about the audiences and where their needs differ. I confirm fit, scope, and timing by email before I start.

Do you work with B2C businesses?▼

Yes. This sprint is available for B2B and B2C businesses as well as hybrid models.
